College/Raleigh Wesley Foundation

Raleigh Wesley in Worship

The Wesley Foundation is the Methodist college organization. The Raleigh Wesley Foundation is housed at Fairmont.

Fairmont has had a close connection with the Raleigh Wesley Foundation since the Foundation’s beginning in 1942, even before Fairmont had a church building. In the late 1940s the Wesley Foundation began meeting in Fairmont’s Fellowship Center (now The Hut) and they have been here ever since.

In the Raleigh Wesley Foundation, our prayer is that we may function as a Christ-centered faith community serving Wake County colleges and seeking to live and interpret our journeys within the realm of higher education while striving to remain faithful to our calling and effective in our ministry.
