Hosted Groups

Not Isolation but Community

For over 30 years, Fairmont has hosted community groups for those recovering from addiction, because we believe in a God of resurrection and new life. And we want our church to participate in this beautiful journey of transformation and redemption. With God’s help, thousands of our neighbors over the years have charted a new course for their lives within our walls, and we feel blessed and privileged to have played a small part in that process.

Today, Fairmont hosts about a dozen recovery groups that meet in the morning, evening, or on the weekend in various parts of our building. We also host a Men’s Recovery Choir that sings at our Sunday Night Service on a regular basis, the Martin Luther King Children’s Choir, a NC State Bagpipe Group (Pipes & Drums), and an Investor Group.

If your group or non-profit is interested in making use of our space or in renting an office in our Educational Wing, please contact our church office at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
