Capital Campaign - Keeping Our Welcome Warm
Our high efficiency boiler has been Keeping Our Welcome Warm for Fairmont members, ELC, and other community groups for the past few years. It is time to fund our boiler loan for another three years (2024-2026) with a campaign goal of $107,000. Our loan payment is $34K per year due yearly on May 1st. The current loan balance is approximately $205,000 (3% interest rate).
Pledge cards will be delivered to local members in the weeks leading up to Palm Sunday, You will also find a pledge card below. The web page pledge card is a fillable pdf that you can complete and email to the church, or print and deliver in person.
Return your pledge card in person on Palm Sunday or Easter Sunday.
You can also make gifts to Keeping Our Welcome Warm using the donate page, or by check. Please note "Boiler" on your check memo line. Remember that gifts of stock are an excellent option as the church and donor benefit from the appreciated value of the stock contribution, but the donor does not pay tax on the gain.
