Social Justice
Our Social Justice team grew out of our self-study during 2007, our 70th anniversary year. We have worked together on mental health issues, public education in Wake County, care for the environment, affordable housing, dismantling racism, and welcoming refugees to our community.
Each summer, Fairmont holds a worship series called “Love and Justice,” in which we invite guest preachers to speak on how God’s call for justice informs our lives. Watch our website, Facebook, and Instagram for information about this year’s speakers!
