Camp #livedifferently at Fairmont United Methodist Church offers children 4 years - 5th grade a hands-on experience to make a difference. This camp provides children with practical ways to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others and carry this on to their home, school, community, and the world. With their developing compassionate hearts, they will become the hands and feet of Christ by sharing the love of God.
They have been putting together lunch bags for our lunch bag ministry, shared blessing bags to hand out as needed (similar to the lunch bags, but include a toothbrush and tissues in addition to the food), and hygiene kits. They have made blankets, stuffed animals and activity bags for children at area hospitals and much more!
Many thanks to all our volunteers and special thanks to Tamara Ladich for coordinating this week's camp.
